Jupiter Community Development System

The Town of Jupiter strives to provide exceptional customer service to residents and businesses. Part of this service includes simplifying the various methods of business conducted with the Town. Starting this fall, the new Jupiter Community Development System (CDS) will offer a one-stop shop for those who wish to apply for a permit, renew a business registration, submit a code complaint, schedule inspections, submit plans for review, and more.

Through the Jupiter CDS, records and pending items with the Building, Business Registration, Code Compliance, Engineering, Planning & Zoning, and Utilities Stormwater & Water departments will be accessible. For example, a Jupiter-based electrician would be able to view their current and previous business registration receipts, permitting history and current applications, and inspection reports, all via their Jupiter Community Development System account.
