To apply for a water meter installation, certain deposits and connection fees are required to be paid along with the completion of a Hydrant and New Service Application (this application applies to all meter sets). You may call our customer service representatives at (561) 741-2300 or email@example.com and an application can be faxed or mailed to you or you can come in to our customer service office to complete the application and pay the required fees.
You may also download a copy of the Hydrant and New Service Application form below, complete the form and mail or fax it back to us. Your application will not be processed until the required connection fees are paid.

All fees are provided for informational and budgeting purposes only. Actual fees may be lower or higher depending on the desired service to the property and any existing water service agreements on the property. Properties located outside the town limits may be subject to annexation requirements of the town prior to receiving water services.
