    Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.   1. Starfish Coffee and Story Time

    October 19, 2017, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM @ Loxahatchee River Center

    Held every Thursday morning at 9:30AM, young children enjoy songs, games and books read aloud at the River Center! Children will also have the opportunity to touch animals from our touch tank. Adults can enjoy gourmet coffee sponsored by Oceana Coffee during our story time. River Center’s story time is FREE to the public (donations appreciated) and no RSVP required.

  2. 3rd Thursday Art Reception

    On the 3rd Thursday evening of each month, enjoy a wine and passed hors d' oeuvres reception featuring fun, social activities, such as concerts, lectures, art demonstrations, live performances and gallery talks. It's a perfect opportunity to broaden your knowledge of the arts and mingle with other art enthusiasts and Lighthouse ArtCenter members.

  1. Farmer Jay Workshop

    Our food system begins in our backyard. Everyone needs to do their part and #GrowSomething! Farmer Jay is part of the next generation of farmers and has done a lot all over our area. Come learn the basics on the best way to get started growing something! Whether in a container, raised bed or on the flower beds you already have around your house Farmer Jay will teach you about different organic methods. Discover how to start, gather information about how to care for gardens and explore how to harvest your plants. If locally grown foods or organics have ever interested you but you never knew where to start, this is the workshop for you! Registration is open online!
