  1. Silver Sneakers - FLEX

    December 7, 2017, 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM @ Jupiter Community Center

    Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.   2. CPR/AED Class

    December 7, 2017, 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM @ Jupiter Community Center

    The 2.5 hour CPR/AED American Heart Association certification course teaches the techniques of adult, child & infant CPR. This course also teaches how to respond to a choking adult, child or infant. Participants will also learn how to recognize the signs & symptoms of a heart attack & stroke. Additional elements can be added to this course to satisfy healthcare worker requirements. These stress free training's are provided using state of the art equipment in a hands on environment.

  1. Starfish Coffee and Story Time

    December 7, 2017, 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM @ Loxahatchee River Center

    Held every Thursday morning at 9:30AM, young children enjoy songs, games and books read aloud at the River Center! Children will also have the opportunity to touch animals from our touch tank. Adults can enjoy gourmet coffee sponsored by Oceana Coffee during our story time. River Center’s story time is FREE to the public (donations appreciated) and no RSVP required.
