Delivers free yoga and meditation to veterans, service members and their families across the country. We rely on local yoga teachers to support the free classes, often including volunteer assistants based on the age and mobility of the students. The practice of yoga and/or meditation will increase O2 which relaxes and helps shift the fight-or-flight hyper-vigilante state (sympathetic nervous system) to the desired parasympathetic nervous system. These practices provide practical daily tools to help control, and maintain, the mind-body connection.
