As of June 8, 2018 the Town of Jupiter Utilities Department will be accepting electronic requests for Utilities lien searches through the Town’s Request Tracker website.
The Request Tracker system is conveniently accessible through the main Town of Jupiter website under the "Let Us Know" page. If you already have a Request Tracker account for Code Compliance requests, you can utilize the same log in for Utilities requests.

The Utilities Department will continue to accept searches received by fax and post until July 9, 2018. However, we encourage all companies to be proactive in creating an online account. Beginning August 1, 2018 we will only process searches that are submitted electronically.
There is a $25.00, per folio number, charge for this service. Payments can be made with a credit or debit card by calling our office. Please note that all requests are answered strictly in the order in which they are received.
