Civic Center Reservation Update: October 14, 2020

  • Existing 2020 Civic Center reservations may resume beginning November 1, 2020.
  • New Civic Center reservations will resume for the rest of 2020 and begin for 2021 as of 12 noon, Tuesday, November 17, 2020.
  • New reservations must be submitted online and go through a Permit Review and Approval Process.
  • In person reservations are no longer accepted.
  • Civic Center Open House resumes Wednesday, October 28, 2020.  No reservations are necessary.
  • To submit a permit, you will need to have an active account so be sure to read the Account Info tab below for further details.
    ✔ Important Tip!  You can create, inquire, or update an account NOW - you do not have to wait until the start day of reservations.

  • NOTE: Between now and November 17th our Facility Online Permitting Portal link may be active for testing purposes ONLY. Just to be clear any permits submitted prior to 12 Noon on November 17, 2020 will be deleted.

To reserve the Jupiter Civic Center, you must be at least 21 years old and meet one of the following eligible rental categories:

  1. An incorporated Town of Jupiter resident that pays taxes to the Town of Jupiter
    1. REQUIRED: Proof of residency requirements include both items below:
      1. Must submit current driver’s license or State issued identification card AND
      2. Current utility bill matching name/address on driver’s license or identification card
  2. Incorporated Jupiter Civic/Non-Profit Groups must have a resident member sponsor their rental and submit permit on the Civic/Non-Profit group's behalf.  Rental must be organization related, not able to sponsor private functions
    1. REQUIRED: Same as incorporated Jupiter resident in addition to the Incorporated Jupiter Civic/Non-Profit by-laws or Non-Profit designation paperwork from the State of Florida.
  3. A Palm Beach County School within Town of Jupiter, school purposes only, not able to sponsor private functions
    1. REQUIRED:
      1. Principal/Assistant Principal must either sign lease or submit written confirmation that event is school related
  4. A governmental agency, government purposes only, not able to sponsor private functions
    1. REQUIRED:
      1. Director or department head must submit written confirmation that event is sponsored by agency
