Roof Replacement Program Resident Workshops

The Town of Jupiter is starting a roof replacement program utilizing Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds to assist owner-occupied residents. The program assists qualified homeowners in the form of a deferred loan (10-year lien) for eligible roof replacement.

 This program is for homesteaded Jupiter residents who are at 80 percent or below of the median area income only:

The Town’s Neighborhood Services Department is facilitating two workshops to provide information on the program requirements, guidelines and to answer questions. The workshops will be held at the following location and dates: 

Town of Jupiter Community Center

200 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458

Dates: Thursday, August 17 at 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, August 22 at 10:00 a.m.
