Starting October 2015 the new Jupiter CDS Portal will allow you to:
Apply and submit for a permit.
Check the status of an existing permit, plan review status and comments.
Schedule inspections and obtain results.
To submit for a permit, please use our new online portal by clicking on the link below. Please follow the directions to setup a JCDS account (if you do not already have one) and apply for (or check the status) of your permit.
During our transition to the new system we will continue to take paper applications. If you would like to apply for your permit by paper please visit the Building Department Monday - Friday from 8 am - 4:00 pm at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter. If you would like to check the status of an existing permit please call (561) 741-2286 and one of our building technicians will be happy to assist you.
You will no longer be able to schedule inspections via the automated phone system. You may schedule inspections online using the new JCDS Portal or by calling the office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm to (561) 741-2286
