Women's Self Defense Seminar

In this seminar, you will learn basic protection skills and be introduced to Adult Self Defense. Students should keep in mind that this class is physically demanding, and those attending should dress for a workout Even if you have physical limitations, please join us and participate in the sections that are appropriate for your abilities. Participants are responsible for notifying the instructors upon entering the class of any concerns or physical limitations. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. This program is FREE however pre-registration is required. RSVP on the Town of Jupiter website.
