Closure of South Road in the Brentwood North Subdivision

The Town of Jupiter Utilities has the High School Ditch Stabilization CIP project starting in the new year.  This project will involve the closure of South Road in the Brentwood North subdivision for up to 8 weeks.

This canal bank stabilization will involve installing approximately 1600 tons of rip rap rubble from Jupiter High School west to the entrance of Jones Creek Hammock.  Beginning the first week in January 2022, construction and road closure signs will be installed and the plan is to close South Road on January 10th 2022 for 4 weeks.  On February 4th, 2022 South Road will be opened up with intermittent closures for another four weeks for restoration of the canal maintenance easements and the road right-of-way.

Areas for vehicle turnarounds will provided at the south ends of East Circle and West Circle.   Traffic impacts are expected to be minimal.  Please call the Stormwater Office at 561-741-2705 for any questions about this project.
