Passport to Jupiter Wins Prestigious Florida League of Cities Award
The Florida League of Cities (FLC) has announced that the Passport to Jupiter had won the organization’s 2023 Public Engagement Award. The FLC’s Public Engagement Award “focuses on a city program that builds a more vital, participative community” and “develops civic awareness, increases education and knowledge of local government functions or promotes active participation among residents, businesses and visitors.”
From popular destinations to hidden gems, the Passport to Jupiter features a variety of locations within the Jupiter area, including historical sites, parks and recreation facilities, natural areas, beaches and waterways, entertainment and cultural venues and the Jupiter Riverwalk. The Passport to Jupiter is available in both booklet and mobile app format and is designed to be enjoyed by all ages. Passports can also be picked up in the lobby of Town Hall or the Jupiter Community Center.
