Planning Your Event
Even though our facilities are open we are requiring you to take steps to remain safe at gatherings. The Community Center will be following CDC guidelines including limiting number of guests, practicing social distancing and increase cleaning and sanitizing procedures before your event.
So here a few things to consider before deciding on our venue:
- Setup Needs vs. Number of Guests
Social distancing means more space is needed for fewer guests. Please be sure to review the Set Up Options tab below to determine if our venue can safely accommodate your needs with COVID social distancing in place. - How long will social distancing last?
Because we do not know, all new reservations should plan on social distancing restrictions being required at their event. - Decorations
It is very easy to go over the top with decorating however, due to social distancing, the rule of ‘less is more’ applies to the most captivating events and is much easier to clean up afterward.
The Auditorium is a 4,500 sq ft beautiful, flexible room that can be divided into 1/3 & 2/3 spaces by sturdy partitian walls. Each meeting room has an independent sound system, a/c controls, lighting, microphone hook up and entrances. In the graphics below, the kitchen and restrooms are accessible from the left side of the auditorium.

Meeting Rooms #165 Stage (A), Middle (B), Courtyard (C)
- Meeting Room #165A (Stage) has stage access and a 12' x 12' fixed screen.
- Meeting Room #165B (Middle) has partitian walls on both sides.
- Meeting Room # 165C (Courtyard) has full length glass windows to view the courtyard area and separate entrance.
- Meeting Rooms #165 AB has stage access and a fixed screen on the stage.
- Meeting Rooms #165 BC has full length glass windows to view the courtyard area and separate entrance.
Kitchen #158
The Auditorium/Meeting Rooms has convenient access to the kitchen.The kitchen has a gas range, convection oven, commercial ice maker, freezer and large walk in refrigerator. There are several large areas for prepping and cooking food.
Until further notice the use of Community Center requires that anyone entering the facility will follow all CDC guidelines and local emergency orders including current face mask requirements. Rentals should note that social distancing AND face masks are required everywhere in the facility unless participating in strenuous activity.
Below are set up examples for the Community Center Auditorium and it's several configurations. The number of tables and chairs for each set up will be based on the room location, COVID social distancing recommendations and the number of guests expected. You will need to determine your set up prior to submitting a permit. The kitchen and restrooms are located directly across the hallway on left side of auditorium.
