The Town of Jupiter is preparing for its Program Year (PY) 2026 Action Plan and will conduct two public hearings in conjunction with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD’s) formula program: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The public hearing will outline the Town’s objectives and priorities for PY 2026 -2027. The public will have a chance to ask questions and discuss in detail the community development needs in the Town of Jupiter.
At the public hearing, the Town will provide training on the CDBG program, which includes the Fair Housing Act, including where to file complaints, and a discussion of protected classes and prohibitive Fair Housing practices. The public hearings will be held on March 5, 2026 at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the Jupiter Police Department Community Room, located at Town of Jupiter, 196 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458.
