The Town of Jupiter invites residents to a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) public meeting on March 13, 2025 at 5:00 pm in the Jupiter Police Department Community Room (196 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458).
The CDBG program provides communities with resources to address a wide range of unique community development needs. In recent years, CDBG funds have been used to renovate Officer Bruce St. Laurent Park in Pine Gardens South, enhance street safety, and upgrade water distribution and drainage systems in the Charter neighborhoods. In the past two years, funds have also been used to address drainage issues in Pine Gardens North and build a playground in Eastview Manor.
CDBG public meetings are held to gather input and discuss the use of funds. Entitlement communities are required to hold these meetings at least twice a year (per 24 CFR 570.431).
