[ARCHIVED] Public Notice - CRA & Town Council Private Attorney - Client Session 08/23/22 at 7:00 & 7:05 PM

Please be advised that the members of the Town of Jupiter Town Council and the Jupiter Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will hold Special Call meetings on Tuesday, August 23, 2022. in the Town Council Chambers at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida. During these Special Meetings, the Council will recess to a private Attorney-Client session in the Town Manager’s Conference Room as authorized by §286.011(8), Florida Statutes to consider pending litigation in the case styled, Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter and Jupiter Community Redevelopment Agency.

 PRIVATE ATTORNEY - CLIENT SESSION

 Following the call to order of the Special Call meetings, the members of the Town Council and the Jupiter CRA will recess to a private Attorney–Client session. It is expected that the Attorney-Client session will be attended by: Mayor Jim Kuretski, Vice-Mayor Ron Delaney, Councilors Cameron May, Cheryl Schneider and Malise Sundstrom, Counsel for the Town and CRA, Lyman Reynolds, Town Attorney, Thomas J. Baird, and Town Manager Frank Kitzerow to discuss the case styled Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter and Jupiter Community Redevelopment Agency.  

 The Attorney-Client session is expected to begin at approximately 7:05 P.M., and is anticipated to last for approximately 1 hour. However, the session may continue so long as the members of the Council and CRA determine it is necessary. At the conclusion of the private Attorney-Client Session, the members of the Town Council and Jupiter CRA will re-convene their respective meetings in the Town Council Chambers and take up any other items on their agendas.
