Please be advised that the members of the Town of Jupiter Town Council will hold a Special Call meeting on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 beginning at 6:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers at 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida. During the Special Call Council Meeting, the Council will recess to a private Attorney-Client session in the Town Manager’s Conference Room as authorized by §286.011(8), Florida Statutes to consider pending litigation in the case styled, Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter and Jupiter Community Redevelopment Agency.
PRIVATE ATTORNEY - CLIENT SESSION
The members of the Town Council expected to attend the private Attorney–Client session include: Mayor Jim Kuretski, Vice-Mayor Ron Delaney, Councilors Cameron May, Cheryl Schneider and Malise Sundstrom, Special Counsel for the Town, Lyman Reynolds, Esquire, Town Attorney Thomas J. Baird, and Town Manager Frank Kitzerow to discuss the case styled Harbourside Place LLC v. Town of Jupiter and Jupiter Community Redevelopment Agency.
The Attorney-Client session is expected to begin at approximately 6:05 P.M., and is anticipated to last for approximately 1 hour. However, the session may continue so long as the members of the Town Council determine it is necessary. At the conclusion of the private Attorney-Client Session, the members of the Town Council will re-convene their meeting in the Town Council Chambers and take up any other items on the agenda.
