Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the following dates.
Medical Center Signage – Zoning text amendment to the Town’s sign regulations to modify the following in the Medical Center zoning district:
• Section 27-3359, entitled “Permanent signs” and Section 27-3362, entitled “Space regulations for permanent signs” to lower the minimum height that a hospital identification sign can be attached to a building;
• Section 27-3359, entitled “Permanent signs” to allow for signs on freestanding parking structures;
• Section 27-3362, entitled “Space regulations for permanent signs” to increase the maximum sign area of a freestanding sign; and,
• Section 27-3359, entitled “Permanent signs” and Section 27-3362, entitled “ Space regulations for permanent signs” to create a new sign category to be called a P-18 (freestanding directory sign).
