Please take notice that Public Hearings on the items listed below are scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida at 7:00 PM on the following dates:
Mixed Use Development (MXD) Zoning District - Zoning Text Amendments to clarify density requirements and to delete the Residential, Estate (RE) subdistrict, specifically to:
- Add Section 27-1081, entitled “Density” to reference the maximum gross density permitted in the MXD zoning district per the Comprehensive Plan;
- Modify Section 27-1100, entitled “Subdistricts”, to delete the Residential, Estate (RE) subdistrict and to reference the maximum gross density for the MXD zoning district; and,
- Modify Section 27-1159, entitled “Mixed use development master site plan”, to reference the maximum gross density permitted in the master site plan per the Comprehensive Plan.

All interested parties are encouraged to come to the Public Hearings and be heard. At the Public Hearings the Town Council will hear all evidence and arguments in support of, or in opposition to this item.
Anyone desiring to appeal a decision of the presiding body on matters considered at this meeting or this hearing will need a record of the proceedings. They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record. The above item(s) may be postponed or withdrawn without prior notice.
