Please take notice that a Public Hearing is scheduled to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail, Jupiter, Florida on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 7 p.m. before the Jupiter Town Council, or as soon as may be heard, on the following application:
Resolution 49-23, 1000 Town Hall Avenue (Old Town Hall) – Request for a Town-initiated Local Historic Designation for a +/- 1.2-acre portion of property located at 1000 Town Hall Avenue (the East half of Block 7, as established in the plat titled Pennock Place).

They may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, including the testimony and evidence on which the appeal is based. The Town of Jupiter does not provide such a record.
