How do I add a family member to my online account?
  1. First go to the Webtrac Registration Portal.
  2. Log in with your username and password.
  3. Click on "My Account" in the teal box just above the rotating pictures.
  4. Click on the heading "Update," then click on "Household & Member Update."
  5. Scroll down the list of names in your account and find the section "Add Additional Family Member Here"
  6. Click on the "Add New Member Here" button and complete information.
  7. You must save before leaving or your new member will not be added.
