The Code Compliance and Neighborhood Services teams, in partnership with the Solid Waste Authority’s Adopt-A-Spot program, have launched "Jupiter C.L.E.A.N." to keep our community beautiful and litter-free!

  • Adopt a local park, playground, or neighborhood
  • Commit to regular clean-ups for one year
  • Promote community pride & beautification

What to Expect Next:

Jupiter C.L.E.A.N. 

Once you have a team together, we will go over the program expectations, safety guidelines, and how you can make the biggest impact in your area. Your high-visibility vest and toolkit will be ready for you and your team to pick up.

  • Safety First: Always wear gloves, use the provided tools, and stay aware of your surroundings while cleaning. 

  • Cleanup Frequency: We ask that you complete at least 1 cleanup per year in your chosen area.

  • Weigh & Report: After each cleanup, weigh the litter you collected using a home scale. Submit your results through a printed form.

  • Team Coordination: If you already have a cleanup team, let us know! If not, we can connect you with a local team or assign you a cleanup area.

  • Stay Connected: We will meet quarterly for program updates, recognition, and to plan future cleanups. Your feedback will help shape the program’s success!

  • Ambassador Recognition: Each quarter, we’ll select an Ambassador of the Quarter based on the total litter collected and consistency in reporting.
