Mission
The Board shall hear appeals, issue code interpretations, and grant variances or approve equivalent alternatives in the application and enforcement of building and technical codes, consistent with code intent and public safety.
Meeting Schedule
Meetings of the Board are held on an as-needed basis.

Membership Eligibility
Membership shall be limited to individuals who are licensed architects, engineers, and/or contractors and who reside within the Town of Jupiter.
