Barcelona Commercial – First Citizens Bank
Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan amendments to modify the commercial uses on Lot 2 of the Barcelona Commercial parcel to replace restaurant, medical office, and retail, with a bank located at 1098 Military Trail. Approved.
Large Scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and master site plan application for an industrial parcel of land on 57.7± acres, located on the north and south side of Island Way, west of Limestone Creek Road. Under review.
Beacon Park Hotel
Site plan application for a 120 room hotel with conference rooms located on the south side of Island Way north of Indiantown Road. Under review.

Center Park Storage
A Future Land Use Map Amendment, Rezoning, Zoning Text Amendment, a PUD, a Site Plan, and a Special Exception in order to redevelop office, warehouse, and self-storage facilities on 11.6 acres at 114 Datura Street. Under construction.

Kempe Phase II – Mixed Use Development
Small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to allow a restaurant, office, retail uses and residential on a 1.5+/- acre property located at the northeast corner of North A1A and Parkway Street. The project was approved at the August 20, 2013 Town Council meeting. A development order extension was granted until February 17, 2019. Approved.
Kempe West/Jupiter Oxbow
A small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to construct a mixed use development on 0.72 acres with seven multi-family residential units and 3,695 square feet of retail fronting A1A, and a Special Exception for a four-slip marina, located on the west side of North A1A between Saturn Street and Parkway Street. Approved.
