Abacoa Chabad

An approved subdistrict master site plan, an individual site plan, and two special exceptions for a religious facility and day care on 1.5± acres, located at southwest corner of University Boulevard and Quarry Knoll Way. The Chabad project is under construction and permits have been extended pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Emergency Order 22-27. Under construction.

Abacoa Dakota

A zoning text amendment to modify Section 27-1107, entitled “Neighborhood Commercial Subdistrict” to allow a density bonus for the provision of workforce housing; an Abacoa master site plan amendment to show that the proposed uses do not exceed the PM peak hour trips of the vested retail square footage for the subject parcel; a Subdistrict master site plan amendment to add 20 dwelling units and reduce the retail square footage; an Individual site plan to construct a 3-story building with commercial uses on the ground floor and residential units on the upper floors; Located on a 0.23± acre property, at the northwest corner of Dakota Drive and Williston Drive. Admirals Cove Golf Village – Golf Training Facility

Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan amendments to add a golf training facility building east of the existing clubhouse on golf course land located on a 152.1+/- acre property located north of Frederick Small Road and West of Alternate A-1-A.  Approved.

Beacon Pharmaceutical

Site plan and special exception application for a 150,000 square foot bio-science/research and development facility on a 9.0+/- acre parcel located on the north side of Indiantown Road between Caprice Court and the Florida Turnpike. Approved.

Bears Club

  • Planned Unit Development (PUD) amendment for the Clubhouse and Cottage Site (Phase 1B) located within a 400.9 ± acre property known as the Bears Club PUD to add a freestanding Fitness Center Building site and to request waivers to:
    1. Reduce the front setback to include pools, patios, porches; increase lot coverage; and allow 6-foot tall walls within the front yard for three duplex buildings (six units) proposed south of the Bears’ Club Villas Condominium (Cottages);
    2. Reduce the front setback, minimum lot area, reduce parking required for a clubhouse fitness center proposed south of the Bear’s Club Villas Condominium (Cottages).

Kempe Phase II – Mixed Use Development

Small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to allow a restaurant, office, retail uses and residential on a 1.5+/- acre property located at the northeast corner of North A1A and Parkway Street. The project was approved at the August 20, 2013 Town Council meeting. A development order extension was granted until June 7, 2024. Approved.

Kempe West/Jupiter Oxbow

A small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to construct a mixed use development on 0.72 acres with seven multi-family residential units and 3,695 square feet of retail fronting A1A, and a Special Exception for a four-slip marina, located on the west side of North A1A between Saturn Street and Parkway Street. A development order extension was granted until November 15, 2023. Approved.

Lincoln Logistics (fka Hawkeye)

Special Exception and Site Plan Application for a wholesale trade center, on an 82± acre property located to the southeast of the Interstate 95 interchange at Indiantown Road. Under Review. 

Maltz Theatre

North Old Dixie parking

Site plan application to construct an off-site parking area with 22 parallel parking spaces located along the east side of Old Dixie Highway between Center Street and Florida Avenue. Approved.

Pennock Square

Special exception and site plan amendment application to change the use designation of a 2,474 square foot retail bay to allow a restaurant and an existing 43,597 square foot shopping center on a 4.2 +/- acre property located at 901 West Indiantown Road. Under review.

River Plaza

Major site plan amendment application to construct a five story, 50,575 square foot office building with 41,063 square feet of business office, 7,000 square feet of medical, 6,151 square feet of restaurant space with 788 square feet of outdoor seating, 3,361 square feet of limited ancillary retail and a 130,740 square foot parking garage, modify an existing four story, 32,070 square foot office building to add an open air pavilion, and demolish a one story, 5,827 square foot office building, on a 4.8+/- acre property located at 900 South U.S. Highway One. Santé Circle PUD (fka Beacon Park)

Large Scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) application in the High Technology & Employment Center Industrial (I-4) zoning district for a master plan that allows for office as a primary use and includes commercial uses consistent with the Developer’s Agreement approved for the subject property.

The master plan proposes:

  • Subdivision for eight (8) lots for uses including, but not limited to:  Hospital, Specialty Hospital, Medical/Dental Clinics,  Hotel/Conference Center, Limited Access Self  Storage, and Corporate/Business Offices; 
  • Off-site pedestrian crossing and landscape improvements, including the construction of a trail system throughout surrounding properties;
  • Two future well sites; and 
  • PUD waivers to reduce building setbacks to an unimproved right-of-way on Lot 4, reduce the landscape buffer adjacent to a proposed well site, and to provide access easements in lieu of right-of-way for access to adjacent land locked parcels.

A Planned Unit Development (PUD) for 275 residential units, 150,000 s.f. bioscience/high tech, 5,000 s.f. restaurant and 14,750 s.f. drugstore, located at the northwest corner of Indiantown Road and the Florida Turnpike.  Under construction.

Administrative site plan amendment approval to construct a two-story building with 1,225 square feet (sf) of office and 5,160 sf of warehouse on a 0.47± acre property, located on the east side of Capital Street approximately 500 feet north Jupiter Park Drive within Jupiter Commerce Park.
