Special exception and site plan application for the adaptive reuse of a locally designated historic structure for a beauty salon. Approved.

1352 S US Highway 1 (FKA Cabo Flats)

  • Rezoning from Office Commercial (C-3) to the MXR Mixed Use Residential Subdistrict of the US1/Intracoastal Waterway Corridor Zoning District; and, 
  • Site plan application to construct a four story medical office building with parking on the first floor on a 1.35 acre property. Under review

Sea Glass

Small scale planned unit development application to request an increase in density and a site plan application to construct 23 multi-family residential units on 2.93± acres. Approved.

Abacoa Chabad

An approved subdistrict master site plan, an individual site plan, and two special exceptions for a religious facility and day care on 1.5± acres, located at southwest corner of University Boulevard and Quarry Knoll Way. A site plan amendment was submitted in October 2023 to locate mechanical equipment and add landscaping to screen the equipment and is currently under review. The Chabad project is under construction and permits have been extended pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Emergency Order 22-27. Under construction.

Abacoa Town Center Apartments

  • Zoning Text Amendments to:
    • The Town Center Subdistrict of the Mixed Use Zoning District, Section 27-1110, entitled “Town Center Subdistrict (TC)”, to increase the density from 16 to 20 units per acre and reduce the commercial core requirement of Town Center Subdistrict from 30 to 25 percent; and,
    • Section 27-3192, entitled “Workforce housing requirements”, to require additional workforce housing units within the Town Center Subdistrict of the Mixed Use Zoning District when requesting greater than 16 units per acre. Under Review.
  • Subdistrict Master Plan and Site Plan applications to develop a mixed use development with office and 356 residential units on four parcels of land within the Town Center Subdistrict Phase II and V, on a total of 6.78± acre property, primarily located at 4688 Main St. Under Review.

Bayside Office Building

Site Plan application to construct a 5,800 sq. ft. three-story office building with a shared drive between the subject property and the adjacent Town owned lot, located at 1001 North Alternate A1A. Under Review.

Bears Club

  • Planned Unit Development (PUD) amendment for the Clubhouse and Cottage Site (Phase 1B) located within a 400.9 ± acre property known as the Bears Club PUD to add a freestanding Fitness Center Building site and to request waivers to:
    1. Reduce the front setback to include pools, patios, porches; increase lot coverage; and allow 6-foot tall walls within the front yard for three duplex buildings (six units) proposed south of the Bears’ Club Villas Condominium (Cottages);
    2. Reduce the front setback, minimum lot area, reduce parking required for a clubhouse fitness center proposed south of the Bear’s Club Villas Condominium (Cottages).

Special exception and site plan application to construct a 1,653 square foot car wash, on a 0.92± acre property located at 3 North Alternate A1A. Approved.

Christ Fellowship

Special Exception application and Site Plan Amendment to change the use from Indoor Recreation to Church for a 20,316 sq. ft. existing building located at 1200 West Indiantown Road located on 2.03 ± acres. Under Construction.

Commons III at Abacoa

Individual site plan application to allow a 50,000 square foot medical and office building on a 4.2± acre property located on the southwest corner of Corporate Way and University Boulevard.   Approved.

Cornerstone

Site plan and special exception for a mixed use building including 15 residential units and retail, located at 50 S. U.S. Highway One.  Under construction.

Site plan amendment application to construct a canopy for outdoor storage on a 6.48 acre property located at 100 S Delaware Blvd. Under construction

Special Exception and Site Plan applications for site plan amendment to a church or place of worship to add a parking lot and special event program. Under review.

Inlet Village Market

Small scale planned unit development and site plan applications to construct a two-story building with 2,050 square feet of retail with outdoor seating and two accessory dwelling units, on a 0.15± acre property, located at 1025 Love Street. Under review.

Jupiter Cove

Planned unit development (PUD) amendment, special exception to add a motel/hotel use, and site plan application to construct a four story 28,661 square foot (sf) hotel with 138 rooms, on a 2.5± acre property, located at 1340 & 1360 N. US Highway 1 within the Jupiter Cove PUD. Under review.

Jupiter Grill Center

A site plan application to construct a one-story building with 1,350 sf of retail on a 0.2± acre property, located at 17500 Thrush Drive. Approved.

Jupiter Innovation (aka Jupiter Medical and Technology Park)

Site plan amendment to construct a two-story 50,000 square-foot building for medical office and business office; and a two-story parking garage, on a 15.9± acre property, located at 1701 Military Trail.  Approved.

Jupiter Medical Center   

  • Site plan amendment application for a major expansion to add a five-story 135,016 square foot (sf) addition and construct a five-level parking garage on the east side of the existing hospital building, on a 27.3± acre property, located at 1210 Old Dixie Highway. Under Construction
  • Zoning Text Amendment Application for Medical Center Zoning District reduced front setback. Approved.

K2 Motorsports

New Special Exception for a warehouse use over 10,000 square feet and Site Plan Amendment application to increase the amount of warehouse for an existing 70,471 square foot building to allow for the expansion of a car storage facility with limited accessory retail sales by a wholesale motor vehicle dealer, located on 5.56+/- acres on Lots 17, 18 and 19 of the Jupiter Park of Commerce. Approved.

KB Carlin

  • Future Land Use Map amendment from Commercial to Mixed Use;
  • Rezoning from General Commercial (C-2) to the Waterway, Commercial, and Entertainment Subdistrict of the US1/Intracoastal Waterway Corridor Zoning District; and,

Kempe Phase II – Mixed Use Development

Small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to allow a restaurant, office, retail uses and residential on a 1.5+/- acre property located at the northeast corner of North A1A and Parkway Street. The project was approved at the August 20, 2013 Town Council meeting. A development order extension was granted until June 7,2024. Approved.

Kempe West/Jupiter Oxbow

A small-scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and site plan application to construct a mixed use development on 0.72 acres with seven multi-family residential units and 3,695 square feet of retail fronting A1A, and a Special Exception for a four-slip marina, located on the west side of North A1A between Saturn Street and Parkway Street. A site plan amendment is under review to revise the driveway access configuration and for other minor modifications. A development order extension was granted until November 15, 2023. Approved.

Lincoln Logistics (fka Hawkeye)

Special Exception and Site Plan Application for a wholesale trade center, on an 82± acre property located to the southeast of the Interstate 95 interchange at Indiantown Road. Under Review. 

Mint Eco Car Wash

Site Plan and special exception amendment to remove the oil change are and add detailing canopies located at 220 Maplewood Drive. Under Review.

North Old Dixie parking

Site plan application to construct an off-site parking area with 22 parallel parking spaces located along the east side of Old Dixie Highway between Center Street and Florida Avenue. Approved.

Onshore Construction 

Site plan application to construct a 2-story 1,835 square foot office building on a vacant 0.17± acre parcel located at 954 N Old Dixie.  Approved.

River Plaza

Major site plan amendment application to construct a five story, 50,575 square foot office building with 41,063 square feet of business office, 7,000 square feet of medical, 6,151 square feet of restaurant space with 788 square feet of outdoor seating, 3,361 square feet of limited ancillary retail and a 130,740 square foot parking garage, modify an existing four story, 32,070 square foot office building to add an open air pavilion, and demolish a one story, 5,827 square foot office building, on a 4.8+/- acre property located at 900 South U.S. Highway One. Approved.

Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium

Site Plan amendment application for modifications to a previously approved site plan for renovations and expansions to the existing baseball stadium facility, on a 90± acre property, located at 4355 Stadium Drive. Under review.

Santé Circle PUD (fka Beacon Park)

Large Scale Planned Unit Development (PUD) and master site plan application for an industrial parcel of land on 57.7± acres, located on the north and south side of Island Way, west of Limestone Creek Road.   Under review. 

Sawfish Island

Special Exception and Site Plan Review for a passive park with recreated mangrove habitat, mixed wetland hardwoods, tidal flats, kayak landing, picnic area, and informational kiosk, on 9.3+/- acres of upland and submerged islands, generally located west of the intracoastal waterway right of way, across from Jupiter Harbour, north of Indiantown Road and south of the Loxahatchee River. Approved.

Sims Creek Preserve

Special exception and site plan for a passive park including a kayak launch on a 2.8± acre property, located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Center Street and Thelma Avenue, approximately 300 feet northeast of the intersection of Indiantown Road and Center Street. Approved.

Soma Medical

Site plan application for a medical office building, located at 351 1st Street.  Under construction.

Sperry property (fka: Suni-Sands)

Comprehensive Land Use Map Amendment, Rezoning, Certificate to Dig, Zoning Text Amendment, Large-scale Planned Unit Development, Site Plan, and two Special Exception applications for a mixed-use development consisting of 67 residential condominiums, five residential townhouses, a 125 room hotel, a restaurant, and commercial retail use on 10.4 +/- acres located at 961 and 997 North A1A. The Town Council found that the Celestial Railway right of way, terminus, and view corridor to the Jupiter River, and the shell midden, which together comprise slightly more than four acres, must be preserved and protected from development. A Certificate to Dig was issued for the remaining portion of the property on July 25, 2023. The Town and the property owner have entered into negotiations related to the future of the property. The other applications are currently on hold. No further public hearing dates have been set at this time. Under review.

Site Plan amendment to modify the vehicular circulation at the existing property on 2770 W. Indiantown Road. Approved.

Sunoco at Sims Creek Plaza

Site plan amendment to modify the site plan, landscape plan, and architectural elevations for an existing 2,465 square foot automotive fueling station with convenience store on a 0.6-acre parcel located at 1651 West Indiantown Road. Approved.

Symphony of Jupiter

Site plan approval for a 20 lot subdivision, on 8.5± acres, located at 6270 and 6262 Roebuck Road. Under Construction.

TOJ Water Plant Training and Data Facility

Site Plan Amendment application to construct a new two-story hardened training and data facility located at 17403 South Central Boulevard on 9.09± acres. Approved.

Town Hall Building and Town Green

Special Exception and Site Plan amendment applications to construct a new Town Hall building, community greenspace and parking lots, on a 22.5± acre property, located at 210 Military Trail on the southwest corner of Indiantown Road and Military Trail. Under Construction.

U-Tiki (Jupiter Inlet Marina)

Site plan amendment to convert existing sand-outdoor dining to a 1,207 sf covered outdoor dining/bar structure. Approved.

Water Pointe 

Site plan amendment to increase the size of the residential units and include two car garages and optional half stories, change the architectural style from Mediterranean to Cracker, and provide a pocket park on 4.2± acres located on the west side of U.S. Highway One, approximately 850 feet north of the intersection of U.S. Highway One and Ocean Way.  Under Construction.
