As a resident or business owner in the Center Street corridor, your perspective is important to us. Two major projects are in the works that could impact your neighborhood:

CENTER STREET CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS

Palm Beach County is planning to widen Center Street from Loxahatchee River Road to Alternate A1A. The Town of Jupiter wants to ensure your voice is part of the planning process. 

In October 2025, Palm Beach County provided the Town with 35% engineering plans for the Center Street Corridor Improvements. Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC) staff and Town staff have reviewed those plans and provided comments back to Palm Beach County consistent with feedback received at public meetings.

As part of the Center Street Corridor Improvements, Palm Beach County has provided a Center Street East End Alternative Report.

CENTER STREET/N. ALTERNATE A1A REDEVELOPMENT OVERLAY AREA

The Town is also considering zoning amendments for non-residential areas, including the area surrounding east Center Street and N. Alternate A1A.
