Who Can Rent Facilities

To reserve a Jupiter facility, you must be at least 21 years old and:

  1. An incorporated Town of Jupiter resident that pays taxes to the Town of Jupiter
    1. REQUIRED: If you do not have both of the required documents below, you will not be eligible for rentals.
      Prior to submitting an application the incorporated Jupiter resident must provide the following as proof of residency:
      • ID Accepted: A Florida drivers license or Florida state issued ID card AND
      • Current utility bill matching the name and address of the incorporated Jupiter resident's ID.
        A utility bill is a detailed invoice issued and paid once a month from a utility company such as electric, phone, natural gas, water/sewer, waste management, TV provider and internet service provider.  
      • If you are new to the area, a rental agreement or mortgage statement can be substituted for the utility bill.
  2. Incorporated Jupiter Civic & Non-Profit Groups 
    Rental must be organization related, not able to sponsor private functions. May host third party seminars.
    1. REQUIRED: A resident member must submit proof of residency along with the organization's by-laws/Non-Profit designation paperwork from the State of Florida.
  3. A Palm Beach County School within Town of Jupiter, school purposes only, not able to sponsor private functions
    1. REQUIRED:
      1. Principal/Assistant Principal must submit written confirmation that event is school related
  4. A governmental agency, government purposes only, not able to sponsor private functions
    1. REQUIRED:
      1. Director or department head must submit written confirmation that event is sponsored by agency
